excited about the competition back

Really excited to be bringing this competition back. I think it'll bring some interest to the board now that we have a lot of great tips coming up with updates like EoC.

And just to clarify, you can send me a nomination at any time during the three month period, just make sure to have "Tip of the Quarter Nomination" in the PM title, along with a link to the thread. Search for Runescape accounts selling, if you want to join members.
