Forget the registered email of your runescape account?

If occasionally you forget the email address that you used to register your runescape account, what could you do?

First of all, you should not panic and follow the below steps.

1. Log into your runescape account and then click the "Profile & Settings" link at the bottom of the RuneScape homepage.

2. Select "Email & Communication Preferences" and click to change your email. Then an email will sent to address when you registered your runescape account to check all of your email accounts including spam/junk mails in your inbox for an email from Jagex with a subject "Email Address Change Request"

3. Follow the instructions to change your email address or leave it.

If you have the access to your email address, you can follow these steps:

If you failed to getting access to your email address, please try and recover your email address through system administrator or your email provider.
